A weekend competing @marbellachampionship for these three legends!

@gregcarter12 first Rx competition, and @kathrynwyles and @_jeremypacker first step into the competition floor as individuals!

A three day competition in the heat, very challenging workouts, testing the full length and depth of fitness, from 6k run, muscle endurance under fatigue, heavy barbells, technical capacity, swimming, grunt work, and speed.

Some big hitters on the dance floor, attracting people from all over the world. The back drop of Marbella did not disappoint!

A huge learning curve, but lots of fun watching and cheering them on!

What a weekend! We battled hard @tribalclash and m

What a weekend! We battled hard @tribalclash and managed to blag 4th place out of 120 teams!

Lots of really challenging and varied workouts, testing both fitness and teamwork. Utilising all aspects of the environment to test us on every level. Running, swimming, lifting, shifting - the Semi Final Tug O War is not for the faint hearted…. Still not sure how we got through that!

Huge thanks to the @tribalclash team, who put on an incredible show…. All of the judges, crew, organisers, support staff, it was great to have you guys back 💥

With a combined age of 222 I think we need a masters division!
