We offer two easy options for your No Sweat Intro, so you can choose what works best for you.

If you’d prefer to visit us in person, you can book a time and date that suits your schedule and come down to the gym. You’ll meet one of our coaches, have a chat about your goals, and get a feel for the space. No workout clothes needed and absolutely no pressure.

If getting to the gym isn’t convenient, we’ve also have a virtual option. You’ll book a time just like you would for an in-person visit, and we’ll send you a Google Teams link for a relaxed video call with a coach. It’s the same friendly conversation, just from the comfort of your own home.
