Love the idea of CrossFit but unsure if you are ready to jump into our regular classes?

This is a one stop shop – from couch to CrossFit in 3 weeks!

What is Couch To CrossFit?

CTCF runs 2 sessions a week for 3 weeks, and is a one off course. They are coached fitness sessions where one of our passionate coaches will work with you, to get you ready for our main classes.

On our CTCF course you will be taught all of the fundamental movements, along with how to warm up, mobilise and workout effectively.

We want to teach you how to train, and why we train the way we do. CrossFit will change your view on fitness and we are certain you will love the difference it makes to your health and your life!

Who is it for?

CTCF is a safe and supportive introduction programme, for men and women who are struggling for fitness inspiration. It is also ideal for anyone who might be out of training for some years, maybe you are coming back from an injury, being pregnant, maybe a little older or simply want more time to learn the movements. You don’t have to be fit or even currently exercising to get started – our coaches will walk you through every step of the way.

When are the classes?

The next block will start on Wednesday 10th April and will be 2 classes each  week, Wednesdays  at 7:30pm and Sundays 7:30am for the following 3 weeks.
