1 – Chat:
We offer two easy options for your No Sweat Intro, so you can choose what works best for you. In person, you can book a time and date that suits your schedule and come down to the gym. Or If getting to the gym isn’t convenient, we’ve also have a virtual option.
2 – Free Trial:
If you are from another CrossFit gym and been training CrossFit regularly for over 6 months. We are running free trial class a few times each week Book in and check up coming dates and times.
3 – Becoming a Member:
If you have completed your Induction Course, or you have previously trained at another CrossFit facility. Please click here to purchase a membership.
