EDC ‘Personal Programming’ complements EDC CrossFit classes, and serves to address any weaknesses or strength imbalances you might have as a result of training for a specific sport in the past, mobility issues or current injuries. This program is designed to build strength and confidence in particular movements, and help protect you from potential injuries, by becoming stronger overall.
The package:
- 1-2-1 30 minute consultation to discuss needs and assess current ability, and goal setting.
- 3 x 30 mins of Personal Programming delivered weekly/daily to your phone/computer.
This is a one month rolling contract, where we will be using True Coach for all communications.
